Division I Champions: 2008, 2009

Division II Champions: 2009

ALC is a post-collegiate lacrosse team based in Austin, Texas.  The team is comprised of post-NCAA Division 1, 2 and 3 players and native Texas talent. Many of the players hail from New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Chicago who have since moved to the Austin area and now call Austin home. We compete against intercollegiate and post-collegiate teams throughout Texas.

The Austin Lacrosse Club is a member-funded nonprofit organization that derives its finances from annual dues from its members. Dues are required to participate during the regular season, and go towards club expenses such as uniforms, team gear, league dues, referee fees, insurance, field fees, and post-game social activities. Dues are determined on a yearly basis, and will change to reflect the financial needs of Austin for that season. Dues can be paid by clicking here.

Austin competes in the Southwest Lacrosse Association (SWLA), which conducts its regular season in the spring. Currently there are seven league members in two divisions that participate in SWLA competition. The Red Division is comprised of the Austin Lacrosse Club, the Big D Lacrosse Club, the Coppell Lacrosse Club, the Dallas Lacrosse Club, and the Houston Lacrosse Club; the Gold Division includes the Southlake Cobras Lacrosse Club, the Capital Crossfire Lacrosse Club and the San Antonio Lacrosse Club. The SWLA season begins in February and runs through May, ending with a seven-team league championship tournament. This championship weekend is annually rotated amongst each of the clubs, with a different city hosting each year. For more information on the SWLA follow this link: SWLA.
